Lisa Britt was the recipient of the 5th annual HR Leadership Award, in honor of Bob Gatti. Strong leadership requires calculated risk and bold actions – Lisa Britt represents both. Her ability to challenge the status quo and strengthen the
organization’s change agility muscles are in part why she has played such an essential role in the company’s success since 2017. Lisa has shifted the HR function to drive the company forward, evolved the role of CHRO on the executive leadership
team to truly enable the business and has established herself as a trusted expert with the company’s board of directors. Lisa leads through a business lens and does this by leaning on her deep, diverse experience in both large public and nimble
private equity companies, adding credibility to the critical leadership decisions she makes daily. She is a thoughtful, values-driven, highly accountable leader who chooses transparency, personal accessibility and relentless communication
as anchors for moving her decisions to action.

quickly, sometimes in roles that seemed beyond her skill set, yet she always exceeded expectations. Beth also spoke at the Massachusetts Conference for Women and was named 2017 Top 100 HR Influencers.
Beth is always looking for new ways of moving people and the business forward.
