HRLF CommitteesAs a non-profit membership organization, we are only as strong as our network of volunteers. By joining a committee, you can build deeper connections with other HRLF members, get a sneak peek at exciting new trends, and help shape the future of HRLF. Only HRLF members are eligible to join an HRLF committee. Due to a committee's annual calendar of projects and work, it may or may not be seeking new members throughout the year. The purpose of the HRLF Diversity & Inclusion Committee is to assist the organization in advancing its Diversity & Inclusion agenda by establishing a framework for action that includes several goals across the areas of our members, our partners, our programs and our leadership. The committee will establish realistic and measurable goals, with input from board leadership, headquarters and members, and monitor and report results against those goals to the Board on a semi-annual basis. Committee Members
Develops and executes an inbound recruiting strategy that results in membership growth. Builds the HRLF brand, define value, and create a "look” that distinguishes HRLF from other professional organizations. Develops and implements PR
and Marketing strategies to educate the external marketplace and build awareness and communicate success. Committee Members:
Recruit new members by promoting HRLF programs and the benefits of membership to prospective senior, diverse and emerging HR leaders. Act as a liaison with membership to ensure we are meeting their needs and voicing those needs to the
Board.
Committee Members:
This committee identifies the speakers and topics for HRLF programs. They develop and document program management process, including the definition of program parameters and budget implications (speaker fee, travel & accommodations,
books and presentation materials). The committee interviews, vets and prepares speakers to ensure that their programs are of high quality and most relevant to the needs of our members. They also work with HRLF Headquarters with the
administrative details of each program, including speaker information, logistics, program information and follow up. Committee Members:
The sponsorship committee oversees the HRLF sponsorship offerings and actively identifies and pursues prospective sponsors. Committee members also communicate and engage with current sponsors to ensure HRLF is responsive and attentive to their interests. Committee Members:
