Scott Dolny Bio

Scott Dolny is an experienced business and HR professional with 20+ years of consulting, talent management and HR experience.   In 2018, Scott founded an independent consulting practice, Race Point Associates, LLC, focused on working with HR organizations and executives in the areas of talent management, organizational effectiveness, development, coaching and HR process. 

 

Previously, Scott was a Managing Director and Head of Talent at Wellington Management, a trillion-dollar asset management firm.  He was responsible for building and leading talent management activities across the organization, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance and succession management, and diversity and inclusion.

 

Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2012, Scott was senior vice president of Leadership Development at Bank of America.  He held a variety of positions there, including head of Executive Talent Management, responsible for designing and developing core talent processes for the company globally.  Additionally, he held roles within Leadership Development supporting various businesses, including consumer banking, global wealth and investment management, and business banking.

 

Scott also spent nine years at the global management consulting firm, Accenture, where he consulted on large-scale initiatives specializing in change management, organizational strategy, design and development, as well as executive sponsorship and alignment.

 

Scott graduated with honors from Boston University and resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
