Greg Friedman Bio

For more than 20 years, Greg Friedman has practiced Human Resources and Talent Management at industry-leading, Boston-based, global companies, including Keane, Inc. (now NTT Data), PTC, Boston Scientific, and Parexel. He offers a unique Human Resources point of view through his experience leading in both HRBP and COE roles.

Greg is currently Vice President of Human Resources and leads Parexel’s Organization Development, Leadership Development, People Analytics, and HR Systems teams. Inspirational leadership is important to Greg. He leads from the heart and empowers others to fulfill their highest potential.

Achieving business results through helping executives establish the right business strategy, the right culture, and aligning the strategy and culture with meaningful talent strategies is Greg’s priority. He most recently was the catalyst for creating a high performance culture that enabled the corporate strategy at Parexel. Greg specializes in executive team coaching, strategy facilitation, organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, people analytics, and organizational change. He also has a passion for resolving sophisticated employee relations issues.

Greg earned a master’s degree in Human Resources Counseling at Northeastern University, a graduate degree in Organization Development at Suffolk University; and completed postgraduate work at Columbia University, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and the Said Business School at Oxford University.
