Accelerating People Analytics Strategy to Achieve Results

By 2025, the global datasphere will be ten times greater than what it was in 2016, according to IDC. Within HR, organizations are digitizing the entire employee lifecycle — from sourcing to offboarding. With all of this data, there is still very little insight.

Natalie Black is a Workforce Planning Consultant at Visier Inc. In this role, Natalie supports Visier's customers with business process engineering, usage and adoption. Prior to joining Visier, Natalie implemented planning and analytics programs at two global companies, including Red Bull North America as a Visier customer. Natalie spent the early part of her career in Finance and Accounting, and has her Masters in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
