Regular Programs Featuring Leading HR Speakers and “Thought Leaders”

Offered through the year, HRLF's programs feature leading HR practitioners from both business and academia. You’ll be exposed to some of the best HR “thought leadership” around. .

• The "Members Only "section of our website includes slides from many of the programs of past speakers.

Professional Transition Services

If you’re an HR professional in transition – or simply somebody who wants to proactively manage your career – HRLF offers benefits to you as well.

• Facilitated networking and job search support meetings. Log in and click on "Member Small Group Events" for scheduled meeting dates and locations.

• Members in transition can also network with one another by joining HRLF’s Career Transition Group (CTG) Yahoo listserve. Job opportunities are posted and leads are shared on this communication board. To sign up, email us at services@hrlf.org.


Newcomer’s Meetings

• HRLF hosts quarterly “Newcomer’s Meetings” for new HRLF members.

• At these, you have a chance to meet and socialize with other new members, with members of the Membership Services committee, and HRLF Board members.

• You’ll also learn about HRLF’s structure, volunteer opportunities, and various HRLF membership benefits.


Committee Involvement

HRLF offers members the opportunity to serve on professional committees, a way to meet and get to know other HR professionals, and also to serve the needs of our profession.

If interested register on the Talent Bank and your registration will be sent to the appropriate committee chair.

At HRLF we’re continually on the look out for new ways to serve our members. To that end, we conduct periodic membership surveys to determine what else we, as an organization, can do to meet your professional needs and expectations.
