With over 20 years of experience working with multinationals as well as Fortune 500 U.S. based companies, she has advised boards of directors, and senior teams on the alignments of business strategy with pioneering talent management strategies.

Prior to Cisco, she served as Senior Vice President, Global Talent Office at First Data Corporation leading the global company's long-range integrated talent strategy and, prior to that role, was a senior consultant with RHR International.

Annmarie received a doctorate and master's degree of psychology in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology - Berkeley, a master's degree from Santa Clara University, and a BA from Boston College.
