"Innovation in Talent Management - Insights from Cisco" - Annmarie Neal, VP, Talent Management, Cisco Print

This program will be held in the LaCava Center at Bentley University, Waltham, MA.

For many of us, the arrival of Labor Day evokes memories of back-to-school and the excitement of learning. While HRLF members may not be streaming into schoolhouses, we know they are committed to continuing their education, especially about today's most pressing human capital challenges.

With engagement issues front-of-mind for many HR professionals, we think you will enjoy kicking your professional development efforts into high gear this fall with our September 20th program, "Innovation in Talent Management---Insights from Cisco."

Annmarie Neal, Psy.D., Cisco System's Vice President, Talent Management and Development, will share her innovative strategy for creating the Cisco Center for Collaborative Leadership (C3), a remarkable entity that delivered multiple, profound benefits in a remarkably short time by managing leadership development as a business imperative rather than a human resources process.

C3 is a hugely successful effort. Besides providing the company with a radically effective and efficient way to develop its next generation of leaders and recast its organizational culture, C3 has brought to the company an engine for innovation, growth and cross-functional capabilities essential to its new era as a mature, diversified and global corporation. In just three years C3 has created $25 billion in potential revenue and savings for the networking giant.

We hope you will join us for this opportunity to learn from the best!
