Vince Molinaro is a New York Times Best Selling Author and Global Managing Director of Strategic Solutions at Lee Hecht Harrison. As a senior executive and leader at this global company, Vince sets the leadership bar high for himself and his team. He doesn’t just preach leadership accountability – he works hard to live it.
His passion and focus have been to help senior leaders and executives create compelling organizations that drive sustainable growth, by building strong leadership cultures where every leader demonstrates personal clarity and commitment to the execution of the business strategy.
Over his career, Vince has worked in several key sectors including energy, pharmaceutical, professional services, technology, financial services, and the public sector.
Vince is regularly called upon by the media for his innovative opinions on the future of leadership. An engaging speaker, he conducts keynote presentations for corporations and conferences. He is the author of the New York Times Best Selling book, The Leadership Contract (Wiley, 2013), now in its second edition. Barbara Meens Thistle, VP, Central Services, Insurance Corporation of British Columbia
Barbara Meens is the VP of Central Services at the Insurance Corporation of BC (ICBC). For more than twenty years, Barbara has held senior leadership positions across Canada at organizations including ICBC, Emera Inc. (an energy company), BC Hydro, lntrawest, Westcoast Energy (now Spectre Energy) and VanCity Credit Union. Barbara was also a senior management consultant for several years, with a practice that focused on major human resources and change management initiatives in the public sector, energy industry, and health care.
In addition to being an avid gardener, Barbara actively participates in a variety of personal and professional volunteer activities such as a mentor in the Vancouver Board of Trade Leadership of Tomorrow Mentoring program, YWCA and BC HRMA; a board member of the Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland and a board member for the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Sciences Center Board. Barbara recently received the 2016 BC HRMA Professional of the Year for her contributions to the HR profession.
