Rita Balian Allen is the president of Rita B. Allen Associates, a national career management firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, management training and career development. She is a lecturer at Boston-area universities, a sought-after speaker and presenter, the author of numerous articles, blogs and the book, "Personal Branding and Marketing Yourself: The Three Ps Marketing Technique as a Guide to Career Empowerment". She is a regular Huffington Post blogger and writes a career management column for Leadership & Management Books. Rita was voted one of the top ten executive coaches by the Boston Women's Business Journal.
Rita brings many years of human resources experience to her practice and has worked with leaders across all industries and professions. Previously, she held roles as Vice President of Marketing and Search Services with Gatti & Associates, and human resource positions with C.R. Bard, Inc., BTU International, and Unitrode Corporation. She holds an MS in Leadership and a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University; is an Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach through the College of Executive Coaching and earned her credentials as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. Rita currently serves on the board of directors of The Boston Club and is a former board member of More Than Words and the Association of Career Professionals International - New England. She is also an active member of other professional associations and organizations.
Wende Malster has over two decades of search and placement experience, specifically focused on recruiting Human Resources professionals across all industry sectors. She is a meticulous “detective,” uncovering the real needs of each client and developing a detailed picture of the requirements for each position. Her proven discernment and genuine commitment to client satisfaction has resulted in exceptionally high rates of retention and advancement for her clients and her candidates. Prior to starting her own practice in 2014, she was a Vice President at Gatti & Associates where she recruited HR professionals for companies such as GE, Fidelity Investments, State Street Bank, Sonesta, Voyager Therapeutics, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Wende is a founder and Managing Director with M2 Partners. She finds outstanding HR leadership for all types of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to life science and technology start-up ventures. Her placement track record is exceptional: over 90% of her candidates are retained for more than one year and over 70% are promoted within three years. Professionally, she is active in HRLF and The New Talent Management Network and spends time attending many different networking events. Since 2009, she has been a leader, contributing content developer, and facilitator of Job Search Workshops for MetroWest, a non-profit ministry that provides outplacement services to local communities. Personally, she loves being outdoors all year long, early-morning yoga classes, spending time with her husband and two daughters, and participating in mission/service outreach projects.
